Dinner with ze boy at J town cafe! (Opposite 313 Somerset) I was craving for their Crispy chicken rice and their chili sauce! There's just something about their sauce which makes me all addicted to it.

Ya la the portion is a bit pathetic and cost me almost...urmm.. $5? Quite pricey for a portion like this right? No?

Last day of Market Week (Thank god!). The outfit which made my General Manager commented,
"Nurul! You look colorful today. You brought color blocking to a higher level. *Silence for few seconds* Cool."
I just laugh it off after that. Wonder if he's sarcastic. Hmm.

Well, besides me having a huge admiration with bright colors... it's the Spring Summer season now? Make a full use of it la! Haa.

Second day of Market Week. Felt so exhausted to the maximum! Lack of sleep for 2 nights due to the setup that needs to be done. Thank god my working buddy, Bren was with me. We did everything together. I'd die if he's not around!

Hennyways! Look at those dotted details on my top. They're actually beads sewn nicely to it! Not really sure if it's hand sewn or something, but it looks so neat! I love it. Sorry la for once, I also need to promote the brand I'm currently working for. Ha ha. But that's a sincere comment by the way. I'm not the kind who would say something nice just to make the person feel better?

Didn't know Navy and Green actually goes well together, eh? 

Glad I decided to play around with colors this morning (eventhough I was in a mad rush for the Market Week Session! LOL). 

Initially wanted to put on a Leopard Print belt, but it looks kinda blah? Ended up with a green belt instead. Haha.

(Notice the shorter hair length? I went to chop off my split ends during the weekend. The hairdresser cut until that short! I must have too many split ends till the hairdresser had to cut so much la right?)

Laid back Friday outfit. Wore my Dad's shirt to work. Well actually I DIY-ed his Salmon pink shirt and turn it into a collar. You may think there's a shirt underneath my grey top. Boy, you're wrong. It's just the collar underneath! 

So at the end of the day, you can still have this 'layering look" without having to do... err... some layering? Ok what rubbish am I talking about. Think I'll blog about the DIY collar someday for your better understanding. Haha.

Received some compliments of my outfit from the Marketing Department colleagues. I'm guessing my hot pink blazer that plays a huge part. 

Purchased this blazer at a dirt cheap price. Only the shipping fee makes it slightly pricey? -.-

And FYI, that white basic tee costs me $5 only! Now who needs basic tees from Giordano or Uniqlo when I can snag an exact basic tee for $5 only? Hah.

I'm such a cheapo la. On a second thought... not really actually. You just gotta admit that I'm just too good at finding cheap stuff. :P

For once, I felt like a Superman when wearing this top. It's so flowy and flare! It's like if I run at a certain speed, the fabric of my top will "fly" with me. Haha.

I'm beginning to appreciate this mustard color lately. Although the color somehow reminds you of vomit (yikes!), but me loveee it! I somehow think the color suits every skin tone.

And if you noticed, I skip the necklace this time. I think there's too much going on, on my neck. lol. Initially I wanted to put on a pair of dangling earrings from Topshop, but again I feel it looks a bit heavy? So settle for a normal hoop earrings instead. Should have gone for studs!
