Few more minutes before my birthday ends. I am 23 this year. I know I said this every year but gosh... I feel so old! 7 more years to being 30! Ewwww!

But why do I always feel like as if I'm a teenager. So strange. Maybe I still am. I still look like a normal teenager girl right? Right?!

This year's birthday is a bit mundane. Took birthday leave and spent the rest of the day sleeping at home. Wan had to work. Grr. Just when I thought I could celebrate it with my first boyfriend for the fucking first time, he had to work. Defeats the purpose of me taking leave. Should have just came to work. At least the HR will give me Swensens voucher for not taking leave on my birthday? Whatever. It's not his fault that he had to work anyway. He could have taken leave on my birthday, but I told him not to cause I thought I'll be busy on my birthday week. Le sigh. But if he's smart enough, he should have just took his leave right?!! Wah lau wey!

Howells, at least I still have my parents around on my 23rd birthday though. That's the most important thing! I'll take that as my birthday gift. Thank you Allah.

And for the record, someone actually remembers my birthday and wished me for the first time after all those 4 years of "friendship". That's right! 4 years! Surprisingly he called and sang a birthday song on the spot. :O Did I also mention that he wanted to come down to my place? Not sure if it's a joke but why do you have to this now? You gave all sorts of excuses back then and only wanna do it now? Why didn't you do that for the past 3 or 4 years? Boys(of those species).. I rest my case. Not sure if he still visits my blog though, but if you're reading yes I am talking about you. HAHA.

On the eve of my birthday, which is yesterday, Wan took me out for dinner at Pizza Hut to "celebrate" my birthday since he won't be able to make it on the actual day. :(

Waited all the way till midnight just so he could wish and sing birthday song for me in my face. HAHA. Hugs!

By the time I got home, my parents have already slept. They actually waited for me just so I could cut the cake at midnight. Sigh. :'(

My Dad is just so awesome. He just knows how I like Oreos. Okay not that I like Oreos, just that I love something which has a tinge of Oreo. For example; Oreo Cheesecake, Oreo Donuts, Oreo Ice Blended. Get what I mean? Haha.

Bought it for RM2.50. So cheap or what?!

Me loveees Elianto Nail Polish. They used to have a store in Tampines Mall. But not anymore, I guess?
Had to resort to buying Elianto Products in JB then.

4. Etude's House Waterproof Liquid Liner. RM29.90
And because I bought it during the Festive season, I was entitled to a 30% off on all of their products. Ended up paying RM20.90 instead. That's like freaking cheaaaap! Cheaper than the ones which were sold in Singapore, I believe?

Had a new Intern and her name is Beverlyn. I call her Bev.

She's so far the first intern I've shared a lot of stories with. Though she's 2 years younger than me. We can super click! Sad that her last day was last month. I need a kaki like her at work!

The whole time in the office we would laugh and laugh. She is one funny girl. I don't know why but she somehow reminds me of Xiaxue. Maybe cause the both of them are funny and bitchy. Hahaha.

A few hours more to 2012!

How are you guys celebrating your Countdown?

Guess I'm skipping the Club this new year's eve. Been partying for 3 years in a row! Haha.

Gosh I miss partying with my bunch of party people.

Here's a recap of 2011, just for my memories.

1. Finally left Nine West. Uh huh NO MORE SERVING FUCKED UP CUSTOMERS.

Damn, I've been working with the brand for 3 goddamn years. And they only started giving me increments on my third year. That's, umm.. nice of them. *rolls eyes*

2. Things happen. I ended up dating a friend of mine. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

3. Secured a Full Time job for a Fashion brand. My dream job, to be precised. I'm a Visual Merchandiser! Tee Hee.

4. My job requires me to travel to the 4 region. So far I've only been to Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta. Also, I get to attend fashion events.

5. Took the plane for the fucking first time! First flight was Silkair. Second flight was SQ. What an experience. Super love it!

6. Went overseas without my family. Stayed in the hotel room ALONE, for the very first time. As much as I had fun staying alone, gotta admit that I was quite paranoid at times. You know, imagining things? LOL.

7. Braved myself to go up to the Sky Bar in KL during Ladies Night, alone AGAIN, to ease my mind. And my mum had to call me when I was enjoying the view and loud music. HAH.

Well 2011 is pretty much about me doing everything myself. Alone forever. Don't judge me!

Hokay here comes the best part.

8. I AM FINALLY IN A RELATIONSHIP. MY FIRST RELATIONSHIP. HAHAHAHAHAHA!

(Sorry but THIS, I gotta show off abit la hor.)

To think, I've always wanted to remain single and keep on dating boys after boys. Hah!

Don't mean to brag, but I've lost count on how many boys I have dated. In the end found someone whom I'm really comfortable with.

My boyfriend better not leave me! If not my clean record of not having any boyfriends before would be put to waste! Pfft.

So I actually managed to find a day to do so. While everyone were partying away at the Siloso Beach for ZoukOut. I dated my mum out! Mum>ZoukOut. Heh.

Otak-Otak. Unlike the normal reddish orange otak-otak we usually eat, this one is different. Indonesia version.

A very entertaining movie. I especially love the final part when they retrieved the Ferrari they hid in the pool. Haha. It was so unexpected! Cause I remember how they actually struggled to steal the Ferrari. Hahaha.

Jakarta Business Trip

If few months ago KL was the destination for my business trip, this time it's Jakarta. And that was my virgin trip to Indonesia-Jakarta.

Told you I'm kental what. The furthest place I've been was Kuala Lumpur or Malacca? Haha.

The flight is only less than 2 hours, yet I felt so restless.

Yuckiest Chicken pasta I have ever tasted. SQ, Y U NO GIVE ME BETTER FOOD? :(

Jakon moment again. Watching the fluffy clouds just makes me happy. Is it just me or what?

.......Finally touched down Indonesia.

Well Hello Kota Jakarta!

Had our lunch first while waiting for our room to be ready. Why is it everytime we arrived at the hotel, our rooms aren't ready yet? So frustrating. Had to act like one bitch only then they gave me my room. -.- And I really hate doing that you know.

Just to clear the air. (In case my cousins stumble upon this blog) That Heineken is not mine! It's Keith's! My manager damn hardcore. It's not even 12pm but he already downed 1 bottle of Heineken. -.-

After an hour slacking at the bar, finally got my room key!

I always have this habit of checking the toilet first whenever I enter a hotel room. Haha. And please don't ask me why there are 2 mineral bottles sitting on the sink. Ask the housekeeper!

I especially loveeee the ambience but sad to say. I don't really like their food.

I just had to camwhore at the fitting room everytime I visit the stores to check on the displays. Be it at the stores in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, in future Philippines/Australia?. On a shorter note... Everywhere!

And yesssss... I've grown fatter. Not fat as in FAT. But.... Aiyah.. you can really tell the difference if you look through my last year's photos.

Look at the Kids Salon. So cuteeee! Wish I was still a toddler. Haha.

Day 3.

I remember chucking 3 pairs of shoes in my luggage but I ended up wearing that wedge only after I arrived in Jakarta. Buat berat luggage aku jer bawak extras. -_-"

My Indo colleague and I are using the same Blackberry Model. Apparently, the both of us have the same age and born on the same month. Except that her's in on the 17th January and mine is on the 18th January. AND we both loveeee accessories! How co-incidence is that??

Went back to our hotel after the discussion ends. Had another round of discussion. This time with Keith only. I thought I can have my rest already! Cheated my feelings only :(

Did I tell you that I dropped this glass? Motherfucking embarrassing I tell you. Don't know where to hide my face. I just had to smile sheepishly and apologised to the waitress repeatedly while she cleans up the mess. I thought that was that, suddenly she came out of the kitchen with a glass of orange juice for me. How niceeeee! And no, there wasn't any charges for the broken glass nor the orange juice that I didn't even order. :)

Anyway, I was thankful that the weather wasn't that humid when I stayed in Jakarta. Really thankful especially when it rains!

Had my breakfast alone. Ahh the serenity.

Cabbed down to Grand Indonesia Mall without Keith. The feeling of being all alone in another country is just great. I'm not trying hard or prove to be some independent woman, but I am just independent! Can't you tell? *rolls eyes* HAHA. I kid. Well maybe because I've practiced this since young? I just love doing everything by myself without anyone's guidance. UNLESS, I am seriously handicapped. Then that's a different story.

Ok back to my story! Met up with my Indo colleague, and off we went for shopping.

So, we were at Plaza Indonesia and happened to pass by the Kate Spade boutique. A sweet lady came out from the shop and passed us this flower brooch.

We were told by the lady that if we show this brooch to the staff, we'll be entitled to a 10% discount. So...well... you know...? I damn boliao la and went to buy a Kate Spade Blackberry Cover. Hahahahaha.

Immediately whatsapp a pic to Wan. I was expecting a positive reply but all I got was naggings from him. Nabei he can become my step mother already.

Our flight home was at 8pm, but we had to check out at 12.30pm. Gila kape sia. Left my luggage at the reception and went to have a manicure/foot reflexology session. Shiok max and cheap! Ya it was so cheap until the manicurist go and poke somewhere near my cuticle with a sharp tool. I had a bloody nail after that. FML.

This one sebok ah. I entered the salon then he also kepo kepo follow me. Hahaha.

He had another foot massage when we were at the Soekarno Airport! Zzzzzz.

I think we touched down Singapore around 11:30pm? So happy to see my family waiting for me at the arrival hall. Miss my parents so much! Ya only my parents. My siblings no need ah.

After weeks of waiting, I finally went for my first work trip. Let me add in this too (Sorry but I think this is worth blogging), it was my virgin flight! LOL. And the best thing is, my first flight was sponsored! And it's not some budget airline some more! Don't get me wrong, I have no issues with taking budget airlines.

Had my breakfast first at Transit before taking off.

Sorry I can't help it. Super Jakun when I was finally up in the sky. HAHA. The clouds looks fluffy!!!

Touched down KL around 11.15am. Headed straight to our hotel. Journey to our hotel is one hour!!! My goodness.

So we were supposed to check in before 2pm. Not sure what actually happened, our rooms weren't ready by the time we arrived at the hotel. Waited quite a while at the lounge so we decided to have our lunch at the cafe in front of us.

My first try eating oysters.

Soon after, we were told by the receptionist that the buffet is on them. FREE FOOD YAW! Hahaha. Good things comes to those who wait.

Don't know for what fuck they gave me a room with twin bed. And it's not helping when my Manager had to scare the shit out of me by telling me some ghost stories his friend encountered. Made me all paranoid for the whole 3 nights! -.-

It was ladies night and I was pretty much bored lazing on my bed for hours so I decided to go up to the Sky Bar and chill out.

Last day in Malaysia. Was super excited to get home to meet my parents and him!

Third Month.

It's my third month working with them. I love my job, but it's super tiring especially when I've to wake up at 7:45am everyday. And the best thing is, I'm not a morning person! Zzzzzz.

Sorry I just have to add in. I love my room too! Cause the room only consist of 2 person. Me and my manager. Haha. Shiok max! But on a second thought, it's kinda boring when it's only you and your boss. I want another colleague in my room!

If you ask me, yes I still have time to camwhore in the office. I will always have time to camwhore. Hahahaha.

And here is my very first project I did with the rest-Blueprint Tradeshow. This was 2 months ago, I think?

Third Job Interview.

It was my third interview for the same position. The interview went smoothly. But when Keith told me that he'll be testing me on my display skills, I got all shocked and of course nervous! I never had anyone testing me on that for the past 2 interviews I've went! And I was well...unprepared!

So Keith wants it to be luxurious. I was given 40 minutes to finish up everything. Just did what I can during the practical test. Gotta admit that I was trying so SO hard to impress him!

I nail the job bitchessss! It's the position I've always wanted since 16! Alhamdulillah! I nearly cried when was told they wanted to hire me! Only close friends knew whatever I was facing. :')

Dinner Reunion

Monday has always been dreadful to me but not for yesterday. Monday was great last night! I met up with my beautiful girls. Did a lot of catch ups and reminiscing about our secondary school days. Had a lot of laughter every time we meet. The moment we meet up, we already started giggling and laughing like school girls. I missed being a secondary school student!

So anyway we had our dinner at J-Town Cafe. Great food, I must say. Especially their signature 'Martabak'. Freaking awesome. Thanks for the recommendation, Ayu! Sorry no food pictures for this post. All of us were too hungry! :P

All of us are grown ups now. Known all of them since we were 13! Glad we are still in contact with each other although we rarely meet. The whole time we were talking about our future; getting a stable job, getting married, applying for flats, etc. Sucks to be in the adult world now. Geez...

'Morning Glory' Review

Review:

My main intention of watching 'Morning Glory' is because of Rachel McAdams. Love her eversince I watched 'Mean girls'. LOL.

'Morning Glory' is a comedy show. A very entertaining movie, if I can add in. Fifa and I had a good laugh. No let me re-phrase it... the whole audience had a good laugh. Becky Fuller (Rachel), plays as a television producer at IBS. A very hard-working and promising worker. Somehow Harrison Ford's character amused me. It's like so hard to see him smile in this show. He plays as Mike Pomeroy, a grumpy news reporter. Only saw him smile towards the end of the show. Hahaha. Lastly, my most favorite character in that show is Ernie, the Weatherman. I think he steals the show! LOL!

Been spending a lot on accessories this month! I am such an accessories slut.

While Forever 21 are selling these feather earrings for $6+? I got these for $2 only! Say whaaat?

Hi, why you so pretty? Can't wait to wear you out.

Didn't expect the skull ring to turn out to be THAT huge. It looks huge on my finger! But I'm definitely loving the snake connector ring! It fits my finger nicely and the best thing is, it's not an adjustable ring. I don't really fancy adjustable ring because I always have this thinking that I can always do the rings myself.

I got this for free! It came together with the other 2 items I ordered. I think it's cause the seller felt bad that she sold away the necklace I wanted. I didn't make a huge fuss therefore she decided to give me this for free? Hahahaha. The perks of being polite!

When I first saw this at New Look, I didn't expect these bangles will be marked down sooner or later. It's so pretty what! Confirm got people buy one. Not until I was window shopping with Wan, then I found out they've already marked down the price! Mad happy! Quickly grabbed it and head straight to the cashier! hahaha.

Hair Makeover (Again)

Appointment was at 10am for hair coloring at Toni & Guy, Heeren. My first hair coloring session for this year! Hahaha.

Sad that my side braids have to go so the guy told me to take a picture for memories. hahaha.

This guy is sooo friendly and nice! I didn't get his name though! He actually offered to get breakfast for me when he found out I haven't eat anything. But I declined politely cause I don't wanna act like one diva, ask people to get something for me when I can get it myself.

Feels like an alien! lol.

I have 4 colours on my hair now. Red, Dark brown, Copper and black. My life is so colourful! haha.

That's how long my hair was if you never notice. All these while it looks short to you all right? Cause my hair is layered. I can make it look long or short at the same time.

My hair demo was set at 4pm at T&G Academy, so during the free hours I took my own sweet time lunching at Macdonald's and then head down to Citrusox to pick up the items that I will have to blog about soon. Wait for it! :)

I was very early for the hair demo. Spent an hour people watching at Bugis Junction. The SOC/Transcom team were around, so of course la I checked them out. I just had too. Rezeki dah depan mata tengok jer! :p

I had Roy to cut my hair again during the demo. Weeeee! He's been cutting my hair for quite a few times already. I'm so used to him.

Roy: When was the last time I cut your hair, Nurul?

Me: errr... Last May?

Roy: Wah! That's quite long!

Roy: Okay can you stand up for me I wanna see how long your hair is.

Me: *stood up*

Roy: WAHHHHH! So LONG! Till your waist already. Almost.

Me: HAHAHA yah because I wanna keep my hair long.

Sadly, my red streaks has fade, because the assistant washed my hair again so that it will be easier for Roy to cut my hair during the demo. And some of my red streaks are gone too because Roy snipped it off! haha. Think I'm gonna ask them to color my hair red again once everything fades. haha.

I instantly fell in love with Kate Bosworth's outfit! She wore this during the Burberry Prorsum A/W 2011 London Fashion Week.

She arrived at the show in a to die for knee-length pencil (spiky) skirt and teamed it with a nude color Biker jacket with padded sleeves. Both by Burberry.

I actually received this last year from the L'OREAL Company, but didn't have time to use it. Nah, more of.. I'm lazy to put it on. Oh well, I finally tried it few days ago.

Let's see if there is any improvement after using this cream. My eye bags and dark circles are horrendous! Hands down!

AVON Wish Of Love perfume.

Everyone knows I'm a sucker for perfume. I love to change scents daily but it all depends on my mood too. Anyway this was given by Wan. I used to have the exact same perfume which his mum gave me last year but I finished it within 2 months! Wahaha. Not my fault leh, it smells so goooood! Even Badd said so. Heh. It was supposed to be a meet up with only Zai, Nisa and me. But last minute, I got a text from the manager to come for work. So I had to cancel on the meet up with the girls and told them I'd join them once I'm done with work.

And then I received a text from Wan asking if we have any plans that night (Why you so random?!! Hahaha!). Told him I was called up for work and asks him to contact Zai instead cause she's meeting Nisa. Blahblahblah... Later that evening, I received a tweet from Zai telling me Irfan and Wan are coming.

So I was assuming Wan's already at Sembawang(He's always punctual what!) but i was wrong?He's still at home! That's when he decided to pick me up at my work place since it's along the way. Wahahahah. According to him I was heavy (my weight) that night. Heavy meh?! Aiyah must be the daily supper I had every night! meheheh.

We were quite surprised when we saw quite a number of heads at our usual lepak place. Remember it was supposed to be only me and the 2 girls? Haa.

I got tired argueing with her so I left her my full name. Want to complain right? By all means, complain lor. Can't be bothered to fight for my right since there's a saying 'customer is always right' which I thought it's a BIG BULL SHIT!

Three years working for this company, I never had any customers complaining about me. This year's the first! Make my toes laugh only la this customer.

Hi. I'm writing an Overdue post. This was from last year's, month of November! I forgot to blog about it! :/

Anyway, it's just a post on a night out with my favorite Nine West colleagues. These girls are ze best! Now that all of them have gotten a new job, it feels a bit quiet at work. I really miss them! :(

Syidah is the longest person I worked with besides Titi. If I'm not mistaken, Syidah and I were from the same batch.

Since the other two girls were late -.- we proceed with our dinner at Fish n Co first. See see, every time say I late one. Now look who's late now? hahaha.

Spent the first and a half hours camwhoring (as usual) and eating. It was only after we were almost done with our food then the 2 girls finally came.

The neoprint machine had some special effects which made us automatically look like we have Japanese big eyes. My eyes were big enough and they made it bigger! -.- I swear I look damn burok in the pics.

Anyway, we make use of the backdrops at the photo booths. What's new of having girls goofing in front of the camera. Wahahaha.

Did a D.I.Y "nail art" on my nails. Polka dots gone wrong! hahahahaha. Oh wells, it looks nice from far! So ya, doesn't really matter. lol. Kinda proud of myself that I managed to paint my left hand nails as well.

My girls saw my nails last Saturday and they said it's nice too. Teeheee. Ya nice right? Nice if you see it from farrrrrrrr.

It was only after I applied those colors on my nails then I realised it somehow reminds me of the USA flag.

This year's celebration is pretty simple. I didn't feel excited nor look forward to it. It just happens so fast! Like in a blink of an eye. But I swear I had so much fun that day. I am SO thankful at least my loved ones were there with me to celebrate my birthday. That is already enough for me.

Touched that most of them sacrificed part of their time to celebrate with me no matter how tired they are. Some were from school and work, you know! You guys are wonderful! ♥ ♥ ♥

In case you were wondering. Ya, this is how I look with no make up. Actually I put a bit of powder la. You'll be freaked out if you see my nude face- Resembles a zombie!

Something which we didn't expect, happened. Fifa was lighting her cigg when a big flame appeared in front of us. I could feel the heat! Initially we thought she was playing some tricks. Only then we realised it wasn't when she covered her face. The lighter was faulty! That poor girl, I hope she's alright now. Part of her hair were burnt and her face had some minor burns too. Thank god nothing serious.

She gave me these annoying face when I took her picture. LOL. The boys helped to apply some cooling thingy on her face, hence it looks shiny here. haha.

Hair Issue!

I’ve been coloring my hair as young as I was 12? But it wasn’t really drastic. More of a natural brown shade. My mum used to forbid me to color my hair but I was rebellious back then and go against it. One time she noticed the difference in my hair color and suspected I did something to my hair so I lied by saying it’s the shampoo’s fault. LOL. The lamest lie ever! But she fell for it?

Colored my hair again when I was 16 and then I stopped for a bit.

I started “active” in coloring my hair again when I was 19 or 20. It all started when I became the hair model for Toni & Guy Academy whenever they’re doing any hair demos. It was extremely fun!

But it didn't happen for long. Eventually the dark color fades, so it's back to the yellow color hair. -.-

January 2010

Involved in the Wella hair demo again. This time they decided to dye a peachy shade on my hair.

One week later, it became like this. Still look nice to me.

I gave up on my hair after that and somehow allowed my hair to 'breathe'. Therefore, you could see the black roots growing out here.

Had my hair colored in a darker shade to cover up my crazy color hair.

December 2010

Because I received a pack of Liese bubble hair color in platinum beige, I decided to try it on. Yes, I colored my hair again. So how many times did I color my hair ah? haha. But I swear to god that was the last time I colored my hair for 2010.

Not sure about 2011 though. hehehe.

With all that massive hair coloring PLUS having a wavy hair, that explains how I obtain really dry hair now! Actually more of dry ends and quite tangled too.

See what I mean. Hair gone haywire! It's really hard every time I brush my hair. Gotta endure with the pain.

Haha from one glance it looks like a cockroach's legs!

It's really frustrating especially when I spend tons of cash on hair products yet it's not working. I have people recommending me hair serums, leave in conditioner, lotions, etc. Trust me when I say I've tried all that but it just doesn't work!

The only solution I have is to resort to snipping off my ends which I completely hate it because...

If I keep on snipping my hair, then how to have a long healthy mane like Leona Lewis like that?

Haiyah I can just wait long long laaaaaaaaaaa.

OH and I'm not sure about you guys, but I think my hair grows sideways instead of downwards! Do y'all have that problem too? I've been observing my hair for the past few months. Every time my hair grows, it will grow side ways which then resulted me to have 'poofy' hair. Damn my hair is weird!

Friends often tease me for having a lion mane. With my fierce attitude at times and my poofy + Dry hair, they said I resemble like the lion in Madagascar.

PART I.

Remember I blogged about how hectic my schedule was on December last year? I was busy helping out Seventeen for their February'11 issue. Valerie, the Editor, assigned me to do 3 stories. The 'Opening', 'Perfect Fit' and 'Bits &Pieces' on our first meeting which is apparently my first day.

The Seventeen team are really nice people. I remember before meeting Valerie, I was all nervous because I have the idea of her being so serious like the Vogue editor, Anna Wintour! HAHA. But I was wrong, of course. She's nice and seems like a fun kind of person!

Did some research before deciding on what style I should dress for the models.

My warrant letter. LOL. No la. This is like a form of verification to show to the shop vendors.

Did sourcing at Far East Plaza on the day itself. My goodness, that place was hell for me. So many cheap and nice clothes but they didn't take loans. Some didn't bother to co-operate, let alone being polite with me, they gave me a straight 'NO' instantly. Thanks. I need it. *rolls eyes*

Lugged all this from Far East Plaza all the way to 313 Somerset in the rain! I am a strong woman!

Haagen Dazs on a Sunday evening! Again it was a last minute plan. Every thing about Aidil is always last minute! -.-

We had Chocolate and ice-cream fondue. I think it's quite over-priced! :@ The next time I'm craving for these, Imma do it myself! Save cost! hmpff!

As you can see we sat near the window glass, so it's like anyone can just pass by and look at us from the exterior of the shop. And then there's this security guard who stood right at the window glass and stares at us while we were indulging on the ice-cream.

Me: "Ni security dari tadi asek tengok kita. I think dia tengah hinting nak jamah ice-cream ah."
Aidil: "Tak I rasa dorang tengah wonder ah, kaya si bangla dengan pinoy ni makan kat Haagen Dazs."

I've to agree on the Bangla part, but Pinoy?!! I Pinoy?! I look like one fucking Pinoy?! Eh you sure or not?? Pleaseee lor. I'm far from that. Thanks ah Dil. Thanks.

I got all depressed because it seems like I was losing everything.

There you have it. My 2010 was a fucked up year. I remember crying out to my girls one particular night. Glad they were there for me to make me feel better. This is why I love them so fucking much no matter how annoying they can get at times.

2011, please. Surprise meeeeee! No wait, if a year goes by... it means I'll be older by a year right?! Nabeiiiiiii. :(

Anyway, I planned a really last minute dinner with them. Surprisingly everyone co-operate with me and replied my text. Almost everyone turned up for the dinner! Damn, I have the potential to be an Organizer already! Teehee.

Glad Wan could join us for dinner and countdown with us after that. He's botak now! LOL.

It's funny how we could bumped into my babe, Ayu while we were waiting for Silas because few days back I dreamt about her! Didn't meet that girl for quite awhile!

Salut to Miki. It was her first, but damn girl, she partied like a rockstar! Miki you're awesome!

Shaa's cousin cum my colleague, Fandi was there too and he was alone. So Shaa told me to teman him. I brought him to meet my crazy friends, glad they could click.

While some of my friends were crazily dancing away, we slacked outside Home for a good one hour. The dance floor was packed, I need to breathe!

Agus and Bash came to join us. They were from the party at the floating platform.

My eye make-up were ruined due to the perspiration therefore I had to put on the wayfarer. lol.

Ended our day with a breakfast at Macdonald's Northpoint first. I only reached home around 10.15am and sleep away till 3am. Shiok Max!

I hereby declare myself as an Accessories slut. Last month my best buys were also on accessories too right? Tsk.

I'm gonna start with this pair of Lightning bolt earrings first. I was window shopping with Aidil at Marina Square and we chanced upon this funky earrings. I have been searching high and low for this kind of earrings ok! Finally found it! Thank godddd!

Dil was telling me that if he's still in secondary school doing D&T, he could have done it for me. TELL ME ABOUT IT! I was in D&T back then too, I could do this for myself also instead of paying $5.90 for an acrylic earrings! It's so easy nak mampos la!

I've to say it was quite a last minute decision for me to join them because the day before I had a very long hectic day doing photo shoot for the fashion spread and was really beat after that. But I still dragged my feet to the club in the end because I love my friends so much. Be honored, guys! haha.

I remember tweeting about having no mood to party because I was SO exhausted and moreover we just partied last week at HOME Club. However all the mood changes after I found out a lot of us were coming. It was like a reunion for all of us!

We stopped by the toilet first because I wanted to check on my tooth. I was chewing on the Lakerol sweets and suddenly the filling in my back tooth came off. I panicked la ok (but in every pictures I looked so happy one). So now I have a hole in my back tooth. Bummer! Sorry this topic worth blogging one.

Woke up really late on Christmas Day. I think I woke up like around 5:15pm? Yes, that shows how beat I am the day before. Ha ha. Checked my phone and saw a message from Aidil which was sent to me 2 hours ago. WHOOooops! I bet he must be cursing me for replying him really late!

He was bored at home(Alone) cause his whole family were having a good time at Jakarta. That poor guy. Tsk. HAHA. So anyway he wanted to bring me out for dinner and told to me to get ready in 30 mins. Mana cukup?!! I need at least an hour to siap la! But as usual, I made him wait another 10 mins under my block. Nyahahaha.

IT'S NORMAL FOR GUYS TO WAIT FOR GIRLS OKAY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. :)

Oh while we were on our way, I bumped into my friend, Noh on the road! Like of all places, of all people, it has to be Noh?! Hahaha. I remember shouting in the car, "Eh that's my friend on that bike! That's my friend!". All Dil could do was...smile and said, "Cool eh jumpa kawan kat road." Cool? I think it's funny! hahaha.

He said the red light on my camera's too strong, thus the face. Where got strong???

Had our dinner at Manhattan Fish Market again. We were brought to the same spot we dined few months back by the waiter. Haa.

Dil then brought me to Marina Barrage. It was my virgin trip! He feels sad for me because I have never been to that place before! Idiot! hahaha. Nothing much about that place la. But I was amazed by how the water system works. I think Dil got tired of me after asking him so many questions about it.

"I don't know how it works. But you just need to know this part is the Clean water, this part is the sea water. CLEAN. SEA. SEA. CLEAN. CLEAN. SEA Okay?!"-Dil.

We spent the night away sharing stories with each other. Had a nice conversation and it feels really good after I let everything out to him. Thanks for the listening ear, buddy! And thank you so much for the day! Had so much fun. :D

I had to style 3 models! Anyway, here's a sneek peek of one of my models. I love this vintage look! I know la, it's like I self-praised myself. Orang kata masuk bakul, angkat sendiri. But I really like the outfit leh!

My life would be easier if I could style them using my own style. LOL. Unfortunately, being a fashion stylist you can't possibly dress your models with your kind of style. You have to see what kind of style suits them.

I was even warned by the Creative director on my first day not to dress my models using my kind of style. Hahaha. More updates on this soon!

Surprise Dinner gone wrong.

Bumped into an ex-secondary school mate, Husyriana. She was shocked to see me in this state and kept bombarding me with "Eh, kau makin kurus eh? Kau tak makan eh? Kau diet eh? Kau stress eh? Makin kecik seh kau. Aku rasa aku lagi tinggi dari kau seh!" And she stood next to me to compare our heights. -.-

Okay Yana, you make it sound like as if I was SO fat back then! Was I really that fat during my secondary school days? Makes me ponder the whole night, ya'know! Hahaha.

So the plan was to have dinner at Ramen Ten.

I had Super spicy Ramen. I swear I almost died eating this! I didn't expect their term of 'Super spicy' to be VERY VERY spicy.

Silas is seriously an idiot! I feel like giving him a tight slap for that face. Ni semua Wan punya pasal! haha.

This week and next week is going to be a hectic week for me. If you haven't heard, I'm currently busy sourcing out fashion items for my stories that will be featured on a magazine. What magazine, you ask? For me to know, my friends and followers know, for you to find out! :)

Loaning of items from shop to shop is tiring as hell. My shoulders and legs are sore from carrying shopping bags and all the walkings but fuck yeah it's extremely FUN! I want this to be my Full-time job! *hint. Publication. Hint* :B

Topshop Knightsbridge Pre-opening Party.

It was Topshop Knightsbridge Pre-opening Party last night. Shaa decided to invite me to the party since she knows I love to attend fashion events. Thanks for the thought babe! ♥

It's the largest Topshop/Topman store in Singapore with 3 levels. Basement 1 and Level 1 are dedicated to us, girls (Hooray!) whereas Level 2 is dedicated to the guys.

They even include a menu at the back of the programme highlight!

And we were greeted with these (Pink cupcakes, Caramel coated popcorns, Assorted mini fruit tart and chocolate tart!). Smacked right opposite the entrance. I am so in love with the presentation!

Cupcakes with Pink Frosting & Black Fondant Ribbon neatly arranged. Pretty isn't it?

I even told Shaa, "The cupcake is just too pretty to eat it!" But of course I eat it in the end la! It tastes so good but too sweet though. Whaddaya expect? It's sugar frosting.

The moment I stepped into Topshop, I approach the accessories racks first. Haven't you heard? Accessories are my weaknesses!

[Food Galore]

A trip to Johor Baru on a rainy Sunday with my lovely people. It was a food fest for all of us. Whaddaya expect? Their food are damn cheap please! You can't get that price in Singapore! Everything in Singapore is FUCKING EXPENSIVE! -.-

The moment we stepped inside JB, we head straight to Kenny Rogers to satisfy our tummies.

I entered this shop named Elianto. Bought 2 nail polish from the shop. Haven't heard about the brand before, so I ask the malay girl who served me. According to her the brand is from Korea but most of their products are made from Italy.

'Lime Green' & 'Thulian Pink'.

I took quite a while just to choose the colors, so the three of them in the end sat outside the shop like pengemis(beggars) waiting for me to make my purchases. The boys kept singing 'Elianto...Elianto...' in Alejandro tune. -_-

The prints on the bottles are different because the one in 'Thulian Pink' is their latest color!

Stopped by Auntie Anne's to get our pretzels! Sadly for me, my favorite Sour & Cream pretzels were sold out so I got my other favorite alternative, which is the Caramel pretzel!

All of us got tired after walking around the mall. Especially me! Maybe because I'm getting old. Ya I think because I'm getting old ah. Hence, no more stamina. So anyway, we decided to chill at J.Co Donuts cafe.

Irfan got himself a regular size Choco Forest Freeze whereas I got myself a regular size Mango Freeze. With any drinks purchased, you'll be entitled to a free Glazzy donut.

Amy got herself the J.Cool yogurt. It's super yummy!

And Wan got himself a box of 6 donuts.

Took a cab down to Lido Beach Restaurant. The 5 of us actually squeezed into a cab. We paid the driver slightly more just so that the 5 of us can squeeze into one cab. haha. Aku dah macam dalam tin sardine kat back seat. I bet Irfan had a good time sitting at the front seat!

Rapunzel: A tangled tale Movie Premiere.

So I got invited by Nuffnang to the Rapunzel: A tangled tale Movie Premiere and I brought Hanis to watch with me. Thank you Nuffnang for the tickets! :D

We were somehow taken aback when we found out that we had to surrender our phones and any recording devices. The security THAT strict? I was so depressed without my Blackberry with me. I can't tweet nor Facebook with it. :(

Somehow I think the color of my clutch clashes with the color of my oversized top! >.<

Anyway Rapunzel was fucking awesome! I had a good laugh during the entire movie. The animal characters were funny! I especially love the Chameleon, Rapunzel's pet. So cute!

His name is Pascal. See! So cute right?! If only real chameleons looks like this. I'd squeezeeee them!

Impromptu Party at HOME after work with my 2 buddies: Fifa and Irfan.

Minimal make up and dressed down. LOL. Oh and I was feeling unwell that night too, but still proceed with the party. The next morning, I was down with a high fever. -.- Padan muka aku.

I’m not sure about you girls, but I really love to play with my hair all the time. Twirl it, braid it, tease it, scrunch it, you name it! It’s just so hard for me to stop. There was one time I hung out with my boys, and one of them actually spotted me playing with my hair and instantly gave me this remark,
“Eh you so vain ah?!”

-.- Oh, I’m sorry but I didn’t know playing with your hair makes you a vain pot?!! I think boys should keep their hair long so they’ll know how it feels like to play with their own hair.

So how do you bring your hair to life?

This is my daily hairdo.

Since I have wavy hair, I don’t really need to curl my hair. I just have to apply a hair mousse on my damp hair and the way to apply it is to scrunch it. This way, it will enhance the waviness of your hair or curls.

The perks of having a wavy hair. Woop woop! Haha.

(I am making full use of my stripey wall as the background. Haa.)

When I’m not late for work/school, I’ll take some time to do side braid or fishtail braid on my hair.

Okay la, can't really see my side braid. But I think you can roughly tell it's a side braid ba. haha.

My hair is layered therefore my fishtail braid looks slightly messy and you can see some of the hair poking out. A hair serum will be able to fix it.

To do fishtail braid is mad easy! I mastered this within 5 minutes! Learnt it from You tube. lol.

One thing I hate about having a layered is this la! Some ends poking out. -.-

Now that I seldom work and earn a little, I don't really spend much like I used too. So at the moment must make do with cheap purchases. lol.

My best buys for November.

Picked up 2 accessories from Dorothy Perkins. Both were going for $3.

Usual price was $9, I think?

Remember I bought this months ago? I think I blogged about it before. Or did I tweet about it? Can't really recall. But ya, I got another one but in a different color.

It's in orangey-red. Usual price was $19 and they slashed the price to $3! Woohoo. I'mma happy girl.

Also I picked up 3 nail polishes from The Face Shop. I had 2 $5 vouchers with me, so I thought why don't I use it to buy nail polish since I don't really fancy their make-up and skincare products.

On that day itself, I was hanging out with my boys. I need someone to paint my nails and Afiq the Himbo actually volunteered to do it for me.

He painted the last 2 fingers from the left. Pretty much a disaster! It was quite thick! hahaha. Anyhow paint my nails! Until Audi said, "Kau paint kuku macam cat rumah seh Fiq!" Tell me about it! LOL.

Well, I can see the effort though. Not bad for a first-timer. It's okay Afiq, practice makes perfect.

I was feeling all bored so I decided to rummage through all my old videos from my notebook and desktop and compiled everything into a video.

I love watching all the videos I recorded. It just makes me smile when I'm down. :)

21, yet we behave like 12 year olds. Wonder how we'll be like in 10 years time. As much as how annoying and bitchy you guys are, y'all are the most crazy people I've ever met! ♥
